Elysium Black Diamond Custom Craftsmanship Assurance:
Each Elysium Black Diamond product is distinctively crafted upon receipt of your order. Emphasizing the uniqueness of our creations, every ring is serialized to underscore its individuality. We ensure that your ring is not only tailored to your specifications but also holds a unique identity. If you encounter any issues with your ring upon delivery, please notify us promptly. We are committed to rectifying any concerns, ensuring that your Elysium Black Diamond experience is as exceptional as our products.
There are 3 types of rings in our policies. Be sure to know which kind of ring you have before looking further.
Standard Rings: Any of our rings that do not have precious metals or customizations.
Custom Rings: Any of our rings that DO have any precious metals or customizations.
Premium Rings: The Imperium, Poseidon, Triton, Zeus and Helios Models
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Your Ring:
At Elysium Black Diamond, we believe in the enduring quality of our products. That's why your ring comes with a comprehensive limited lifetime warranty, ensuring peace of mind along with elegance.
First Year – Comprehensive Coverage at No Extra Cost During the first year, you're completely covered. Any necessary repairs or refinishing will be taken care of by us, free of charge. The only cost you'll incur is for shipping the ring to us.
Beyond the First Year – Minimal Material Fee After the initial year of complete coverage, you can still rely on our support for any warranty replacements, with a nominal material fee:
Standard/Custom Rings: $149.
Premium Rings: 20% of listed retail price
Our commitment is to ensure your Elysium Black Diamond ring remains as perfect as the day you chose it, symbolizing enduring quality and our dedication to your satisfaction.
Please be aware that modifications or alterations performed by third parties invalidate this warranty. This includes resizing, engraving, or any other changes. Our warranty doesn't cover damage due to misuse, loss of the ring or stones, or damage to crown-set stones. For comprehensive protection, we recommend an external insurance policy. Note that silicone rings are excluded from this warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.
Refunds:
Standard Rings: 15 day money-back guarantee
Custom Rings: 15 day money back guarantee for up to a 60% refund.
Premium Rings: 15 day money back guarantee for up to a 60% refund.
After the 15 day money back guarantee period has ended, all sales are final.
In cases of our error, we will correct the ring at no additional cost, adhering to the original specifications.
Cancellations:
Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering are eligible for a full refund, after 24 hours, cancellations will be treated as refunds and will adhere to the same policies as found under Refunds.
Ring Sizing Accuracy:
While we prepare your diamond, we send you our required sizing kit.
(It is required because Our rings fit slightly different than other brands)
This kit takes 5-8 business days to ship from our facility.
Once you email us confirming your size we will finish your ring.
Four weeks from the day you confirm your size, the ring will be completed and shipped from our facility. (depending on sales volume - 3 to 5 weeks)
Please keep in mind we cannot finish your ring until you confirm your size with us via email.
Rushes may be available for a fee and can be completed by contacting our team
You have 30 days to confirm your size. Orders not confirmed within 30 days will be shipped as originally ordered. Size exchanges after shipping are subject to our exchange policy (see below)
Size Exchanges:
Standard Black Diamond Rings: One-time lifetime free size exchange
(After the first free size exchange, the fee will be $149 for all future size exchanges.)
Custom Rings: $149 fee.
Premium Rings: 20% of listed retail price
Benchmark Collection: If the ring doesn't have a custom inner engraving we offer a one time size exchange within 15 days of ring delivery. After that, it is a $149 Material fee for each size exchange.
Ships in 2 Business Days (Our Inventory): Customers must pay the difference between the discounted ring and the current retail of the ring in order to exercise their size exchange or warranty policy.
Style Exchanges:
Not generally permitted, but our goal is to make our customers happy. Please reach out to info@elysiumdiamond.com with any style change requests.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all and any shipping charges.
We use FedEx, UPS and USPS for domestic shipping and vary methods for international orders. Additional charges may apply for specific shipping requests or rush orders. Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties on international orders.
